This reminds me alot of Madam Comfort Omoge and her Asiko Ikale Traditional Sounds, an album i found in a record store ten years ago. Have you heard Comfort Omoge? (She's Yoruba from Nigeria)
Is Madam Agbaobesi Yoruba?
At any rate, this is an awesome post. I love records like this.
i try & only post out-of-print vinyl & cassettes, along with random videos you can't buy ... if i post something that is easily available, or if you own the copyright & don't want it posted here for people to discover & enjoy, please leave a comment in the relevant post & i'll remove the link!
all vinyl & cassette rips are usually at 320kbps
password is either in the post, or the comments, & is usually either afroslabs.blogspot.com ...or... ylow.blogspot.com
(i'm trying to label each post by the country of the artist - if i get any wrong, please let me know!)
